Safety Tips

Your safety comes first — before any plan, any booking, any night out.

alami helps you plan, but you're the one out in the world. We don't screen users, guests, or businesses, and we can't be there with you — so plan smart:

Meeting people

Meet in public places, especially the first time. Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting, and share your live location if you can. Arrange your own transportation there and back. You never owe anyone your time — if something feels off, trust your instincts and leave.

Out on a plan

Watch your drink and know your limits. Keep your phone charged. Check venue conditions yourself — hours change, neighborhoods differ at night, trails close, weather turns. If a suggestion doesn't feel right for you, skip it; plans are ideas, not instructions.

Money and information

Be cautious with personal or financial information. alami will never ask for your password. Deposits for bookings are paid only through official payment links.

If something goes wrong

In an emergency, call 911. alami is not an emergency service. To report unsafe behavior or a bad experience connected to the Service, contact hello@myalami.com — reports help us keep the community safe.
